Support day-to-day implementation of organizing programs and campaigns by recruiting, engaging, and retaining members and helping them grow into leadership. Oversee the day-to-day on-site operation of a Saga Math Lab at an assigned school, ensuring a structured, high-quality learning environment. Supervise and support math tutors, manage classroom routines and culture, track attendance and incidents, and troubleshoot basic technology or platform issues. Partner with the Instructional Program Manager to monitor trends, use data to drive interventions, and strengthen overall site performance and relationships with school staff.
American Indian College Fund
Provide administrative and operational support to the Major Gifts team and the broader Resource Development department, reporting to the Senior Director of Major Gifts. Lead Tutors also provide on-site leadership by supporting Site Directors, mentoring new tutors, analyzing student data, and communicating with families.
