The role also supports marketing programs and coordinates with customer success, sales, and product teams to improve the customer experience.

The Youth Advocate manages a caseload of 15–20 chronically absent students, identifies attendance barriers, and provides mentoring and light case management. Responsibilities include tracking attendance, contacting absent students and families, leading clubs and workshops, tutoring students, facilitating SEL groups, and coordinating support plans with school staff.

The Mobility Mentor serves as a primary contact for participants who have recently exited emergency shelter, helping them pursue stable housing and economic self-sufficiency. The role provides trauma-informed coaching, conducts assessments and goal planning, maintains service records, makes referrals, and supports reporting requirements.
