Campaign Legal Center
The Communications Associate serves as the communications team's lead partner for the Campaign Finance and Ethics portfolio. They develop strategic communications plans; write, edit, and coordinate products such as blogs, press releases, reports, fact sheets, newsletters, and web copy; and help shape messaging on emerging threats to government institutions. They also track relevant federal, state, and local developments and coordinate content review and rollout with program staff.

Support the External Engagement team’s federal and state child-welfare advocacy, coalition building, policy research, and communications. The role coordinates trauma-responsive lived-experience participation; manages policy projects, convenings, events, and stakeholder logistics; and maintains relationships with congressional staff and other partners. The Technical Account Manager supports existing managed IT customers by assessing their technology needs, advising on budgets and solutions, and helping clients make business-oriented technology decisions. They manage client communications, support-plan pricing and documentation, CRM records and sales opportunities, and recommendations for hardware, software, and licensing while partnering with customer success, account management, and help desk teams.

The Collections and Exhibitions Coordinator supports the preservation, documentation, access, and presentation of a museum’s objects, archives, galleries, and exhibitions. Daily work includes handling and cataloging objects, managing loans and inventories, monitoring gallery and environmental conditions, coordinating installations, and maintaining collection records. The coordinator also supports digitization, rights and reproductions workflows, procurement, reporting, and cross-functional exhibition projects.

They will research local issues, recruit congregations, organize trainings and large direct-action assemblies, and help run an annual fundraising drive.

They record interactions in MiniVAN, deliver GOTV information such as voting locations and deadlines, and follow campaign safety and reporting protocols.

This organizer will conduct field canvassing and fundraising while helping Michigan communities engage on environmental and public-health issues related to data center development. Responsibilities include helping residents contact lawmakers, identifying volunteers, and joining occasional advocacy events such as press conferences and lobby days.

National Center for LGBTQ Rights
The Philanthropy Coordinator manages donor database operations, gift processing and reconciliation, prospect research, donor records, and reporting for the Advancement team. The role also stewards general and new donors, supports fundraising campaigns and events, manages online forms and the organization’s online store, and provides data-informed strategic and administrative support for philanthropy initiatives.

The Youth Advocate supports chronically absent elementary and early-childhood students at a community school by identifying attendance barriers and creating individualized academic and social-emotional interventions. Responsibilities include weekly student check-ins, family engagement activities, attendance-plan development, data tracking, club lesson facilitation, and coordination with school staff and community partners.
Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee
This full-time, campaign-cycle role builds remote volunteer capacity for a statewide distributed organizing program. The organizer will supervise phone and text banks, cultivate volunteer and partner relationships, deliver platform trainings, and ensure accurate, timely voter-contact and recruitment reporting.
Texas Democratic Party
The organizer will plan and lead at least two weekly voter-contact events, recruit and train volunteers, and develop volunteer leaders. They will maintain Mobilize and VAN records, secure and prepare staging locations, monitor program results, and troubleshoot voter-contact operations during the GOTV period.
LGBTQ Victory Fund and LGBTQ Victory Institute
This role develops on-brand content for websites, blogs, social media, email, print materials, and organizational reports. It tests and improves digital strategies, tracks web and social performance, supports online fundraising and list growth, and coordinates with vendors on technical and production needs. The manager may also oversee digital advertising, email acquisition, or Google AdWords depending on experience.
LGBTQ+ Victory Fund
The Political Associate helps run endorsement processes, researches candidate campaigns and races, and maintains candidate-pipeline and stakeholder databases. They communicate with campaigns and political partners, track election results, support fundraising-event coordination, and provide scheduling, meeting, research, and presentation support to the political team.
Organize Pennsylvania
The Individual Giving Manager owns a portfolio of high-level individual donors and prospects, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts for annual, planned, and special-project funding. They will develop donor engagement plans, lead fundraising outreach and donor events, write proposals and acknowledgements, and maintain donor and revenue-tracking systems. The role also partners across development and program teams and supervises volunteer coordinator(s).

The Community Outreach Specialist conducts daily door-to-door canvassing, street outreach, and phone banking to mobilize residents around elections and organizing campaigns. They build relationships with potential members and leaders, document conversations accurately, follow up with contacts, and meet outreach goals. During election season, the specialist also helps train and support temporary staff or volunteers.

This temporary, onsite position supports progressive candidates during the primary election season. Canvassers knock on doors, conduct outreach in high-traffic areas, attend community events, and talk with or register voters.

They will plan and deliver outreach, trainings, meetings, and media opportunities related to housing justice, tenant right to counsel, and other priority legal issues.
