The role writes scripts and captions, monitors and schedules social content, and coordinates content rollouts with editorial, co-publishing, and creator partners.

The Government Affairs Associate supports advocacy with congressional offices, federal agencies, and allied organizations. Responsibilities include monitoring legislation and hearings, drafting policy and briefing materials, researching policymakers and issues, maintaining outreach systems, and coordinating external meetings and events.

The Self-Determination Coordinator provides individualized support, intake assessments, resource referrals, and self-advocacy coaching to youth participating in programs. The role facilitates healing circles, leadership and career-development activities, and youth advocacy initiatives while coordinating with justice-system, school, and community partners. It also manages participant data, reporting, evaluations, and program materials.

The Communications Coordinator provides administrative, editorial, and project coordination support for a cross-functional communications team. Responsibilities include drafting and editing content, managing approvals and content calendars, maintaining media and spokesperson lists, distributing a daily news bulletin, and tracking communications performance metrics.
Coalition for Spiritual and Public Leadership (CSPL)
The Fellow oversees institutional giving, major-donor cultivation, and grassroots sustainer fundraising. They will coordinate grant prospecting and applications, build donor relationships, organize fundraising events and membership drives, and train staff and board members to support solicitation.
After School Matters
The intern supports high school program operations, including student recruitment, application assistance, enrollment updates, attendance tracking, and collection of stipend-related documents. They communicate with teens and parents, help coordinate field-trip procedures, and provide occasional classroom and small-group support.
Ohio Democratic Party
Interns will work up to 10–20 hours weekly in departments such as finance, communications, or political. Assignments may include donor research and database upkeep, fundraising-event support, candidate and news tracking, newsletter content preparation, and calendar management.

The Communications Associate serves as the communications team's lead partner for the Campaign Finance and Ethics portfolio. They develop strategic communications plans; write, edit, and coordinate products such as blogs, press releases, reports, fact sheets, newsletters, and web copy; and help shape messaging on emerging threats to government institutions. They also track relevant federal, state, and local developments and coordinate content review and rollout with program staff.

Support the External Engagement team’s federal and state child-welfare advocacy, coalition building, policy research, and communications. The role coordinates trauma-responsive lived-experience participation; manages policy projects, convenings, events, and stakeholder logistics; and maintains relationships with congressional staff and other partners. It also supports AI-enabled research, knowledge management, and drafting, subject to independent verification and human judgment.

The Technical Account Manager supports existing managed IT customers by assessing their technology needs, advising on budgets and solutions, and helping clients make business-oriented technology decisions. They manage client communications, support-plan pricing and documentation, CRM records and sales opportunities, and recommendations for hardware, software, and licensing while partnering with customer success, account management, and help desk teams.

This temporary role supports the Municipal Equality Index team with research, data preparation, database and spreadsheet entry, and creation and maintenance of city scorecards. The employee may correspond with cities, analyze municipal laws and policies, and help publish the Index and coordinate its launch event.

The Collections and Exhibitions Coordinator supports the preservation, documentation, access, and presentation of a museum’s objects, archives, galleries, and exhibitions. Daily work includes handling and cataloging objects, managing loans and inventories, monitoring gallery and environmental conditions, coordinating installations, and maintaining collection records. The coordinator also supports digitization, rights and reproductions workflows, procurement, reporting, and cross-functional exhibition projects.

This organizer will conduct field canvassing and fundraising while helping Michigan communities engage on environmental and public-health issues related to data center development. Responsibilities include helping residents contact lawmakers, identifying volunteers, and joining occasional advocacy events such as press conferences and lobby days.
